Privacy Policy

Identity and contact details (name, national ID or Iqama, mobile, email); business details for companies (CR, VAT, address, authorized signatory); banking details (IBAN, bank letters); verification documents; contract, milestone and payout data; and technical usage data (log-in, device, activity).

To provide the service (contracting, e-signature, escrow, payouts), to verify identity and meet Know-Your-Business / anti-money-laundering and tax obligations, to process payments through our partners, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to communicate with you.

We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and based on your consent given at registration and where required by law.

We share data as needed with our payout partners (Aurora, Sero) and banks to execute transfers, with regulators and authorities where legally required, and with vetted service providers (hosting, email, verification) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Access is restricted and audited. Sensitive identifiers (such as national ID / Iqama) are encrypted at rest, documents are held in private storage accessible only through authorized, short-lived links, and every account change and payout is logged.

We retain data for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the periods required by KSA/UAE tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering rules, then delete or anonymize it.

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Because payouts involve KSA and UAE entities, some data is processed in both jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards.

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
